Hike to Hidden Lake

Teresa and I headed up into the hills with Jupiter. It was a gorgeous day and a perfect hike to take Jupiter on. We headed out to Hidden lake. Jupiter was in her element. She never slowed down til we got home that afternoon, and then she FLOPPED! she has slept for a day straight.

Fall colors Alaska style. It comes out more in the ground cover here, rather than up in the trees.

A Pond

We arrived at Hidden Lake and no one was there. Folks were on their way, but we got there early enough to have it to ourselves. Great Lunch spot.

Jupe kept going into the lake on her own and swimming about...

Enjoying lunch in the sun. Actually she is eating a dark chocolate THE ZONE bar and she said they are delicious! She only brought one, so I wouldn't know how yummy they are...:))
