The Dana's came to town at the tail end of their Alaskan cruise with their good friends Allen and Phyllis from San Francisco and they took us out to a delicious dinner at Simon's. It was just so wonderful having Maine folks visit Alaska! It sure makes it feel closer to home!

Izzy and Jupe really are best buds
Lots of folks have been inquiring about Izzy and she is doing wonderfully. Lots of couch time and local neighborhood walks. She is our older lab and loves that role. Here she is enjoying life back on the couch. We call this "upside down lab"

So fun to see all the pictures. Today was very summer feeling around here- so it is fabulous to see the fall colors! I am quite happy to be walking without those footprints! Caileigh thought the prints were Sal's.
