A week in Montana riding horses with family...

Another year of fun at the "ranch." We had beautiful weather with hot sun and cool breezes through out the days. This year we did face painting with the kids, beading, lots of game playing, runs and walks, bike rides and wildlife viewing. The rides were delightful with incredible Montana wildflowers in full bloom. We saw Elk cow and calves, Coyote pups, lots of Deer with young, a mtn. lion was spotted on one ride, along with a bear or two. No river crossings this year as the water was a bit high, and no tubing either as the water was a bit chilly. We all enjoyed our horses and as always found it hard to leave this little slice of paradise. I was excited to come home to Skip, Izz and Jupiter. Updates on the puppy front will soon follow.

Boy, I'd really like to see how that puppy Jupe is growing. And that Izz, she is just so precious!
