Gammie is in town!!!

Mom arrived for her 8 day visit to meet Jupiter our 7 month old lab for the first time. She has already got Jupiter trained to a T!!! We are keeping very busy outside and in, with tea and visits and skiing and jogs with dogs. It is dumping snow here and we hope to ski right from the house tomorrow. What a joy to have family in town for thanksgiving.

This is what kind of ski Alaskan's use after a big dump of snow. Our friend Jeff is heading to the resort tomorrow for opening day. I have never seen such a big pair of skis and this is just one of two!
