Yukon Territory never fails.

We left Tok early, but like always, not matter what time you think it will take on the ALCAN-there is construction, gravel, water trucks and oh…wait…more construction.
It was a long day- but we couldn't be happier being outside for these long days!
We had one of the best lunch spots ever - on a dock, on a lake, in The Yukon.

Today had so many moments of affirmations. Affirmations that connected us to the here and now. Affirmations that realigned our thoughts. Affirmations to where we will find ourselves next.
Quite a day I must say!
We drove in lots of dust and gravel road between the Canadian Border to Kluane lake- but south of Kluane it was delightful. First a hike in Kluane National Park (above and below pics) then great road conditions all the way to Haines Junction, got gas and in a little over an hour we arrived inWhitehorse.

Now in Whitehorse: We took a late evening stroll on the river and I showed mom downtown.  Now time to crash after a long gorgeous day. We will hike tomorrow on local trails and enjoy what the Yukon River and what Downtown Whitehorse has to offer.
